Business Analyst

About the role
As a Business Analyst with SISU you will work on a range of projects for Federal and Local Government. We have long term contracts and permanent options for the right person. Joining SISU means being part of a team that is passionate and fun.

Working in both waterfall and agile environments you will have the opportunity to identify, analyse and document business processes, systems, and other functional requirements to support delivery of some great initiatives.

You will need experience in government ICT projects using multiple methodologies and hold a baseline security clearance.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or Certification in Business Analysis.
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate workshops.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Extensive ability and experience in conducting and documenting gap's analysis.
• Experience in the use of relevant products and modelling tools
